Crisis Intervention & Support

I spent over six years at Connor Homes as a Child and Youth Worker and Team Leader, working with youth facing complex challenges — Indigenous youth, kids with ODD, ADHD, FASD, and more. That experience, combined with CPI and TCI certifications, gave me deep skills in de-escalation, crisis management, and maintaining safety under pressure. These skills carry directly into my investigation and security work, where staying calm and communicating clearly can make all the difference.
